Friends of Fishing Creek is a non-profit watershed association located in the southwest section of Lancaster County, PA.
We are local residents, landowners, businesses, farmers, teachers, fishermen, hunters, retirees and others whose roots are in our Fishing Creek Watershed and share our passion for preservation.
What We Do
We are committed to monitoring, preserving, enhancing and promoting the Fishing Creek Watershed through education, community involvement and watershed improvement projects.
We achieve this through:
educational events
water quality testing
streambank improvement projects
riparian buffer plantings
planting native plants
removing invasive plants
organizing watershed clean-ups

We are an all-volunteer nonprofit (501c3) organization. We rely on donations, membership dues, and when available, appropriate grants. Please consider donating in addition to paying your annual membership dues.
